YeahVibe is a small family of free, personal-project apps (currently including IntentFlow and Shop) made by an individual developer, HappyBein — not a company. This page explains what data these apps collect, what Google user data they access when you sign in with Google, and how that data is used, shared, protected, retained, and deleted. If anything here is unclear, email happybein1@gmail.com.
Nothing leaves your device. Each app stores what you enter — your habits, goals, events, plans, links, grocery lists, or saved stores, depending on the app — locally, in your browser's own storage, on your own phone or computer. No account or sign-in is required to use any app's core features.
Each app's "Sync across devices" option is off by default and requires you to actively choose to sign in. If you do, our application accesses the following Google user data via Google Sign-In:
We do not request or access your Google password, contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google data or scope beyond your basic email/profile identity.
We use your email address and account ID solely to identify your account and to let a copy of that one app's own data (described above) follow you to your other devices signed in with the same Google account. This is the only purpose: providing and improving the sync feature you asked for. We do not use your Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles for marketing, to sell to data brokers, to assess creditworthiness, or to train any generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning model.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share or disclose it to any third party except the two service providers needed to run the Sync feature itself:
We do not transfer or disclose your information to any other third party for purposes other than providing the sync feature described here.
Synced data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in a database access-controlled to your own signed-in account only (each record is locked to the account that created it). We rely on our hosting provider's security infrastructure and follow the practice of requesting the minimum data needed for the feature to work.
Local data stays on your device until you clear your browser storage or remove the app. Synced data is retained only for as long as you keep the Sync feature turned on, and stays in the cloud database until you delete it — each app has a "Delete my synced backup" option that removes it immediately — or until you email us to request deletion.
Each app describes its own stored data more specifically:
These apps aren't directed at children and aren't intended for anyone under 16.
If how sign-in or sync is handled changes, including what Google user data is accessed or how it's used, this page will be updated in advance of the change and the date at the top will change.
